Tyra Banks says she’s leaving DWTS hosting gig after 3 seasons to focus on her business

Tyra Banks Saying goodbye’s shit dancing with the Stars,

supermodel, 49, is Disney+ is exiting the dancing competition series she told TMZ on Thursday, after three seasons as host.

“I think it’s time to really focus on my business and my entrepreneurship and produce more TV,” Banks said in an interview with the outlet. “I think it’s time to graduate from the dance floor to the stock market floor. … from the ballroom to the boardroom!”

I think my heart, my soul, is in my business, it’s also in producing new TV. … But, I really, really want to focus on my business, and you can’t make a show cannot host.

Speaking to People shortly after announcing her hosting duties, Banks said,dancing with the Stars Is one of the greatest shows on tvWith a large audience, and I really respect that.”

“I can’t come in with a battered Ram and try to change everything. That would be a bad business decision and dumb leadership. That’s why I’m not doing it,” she continued.

“I listened to the research, I listened to the fans, I killed half my ideas and then I doubled down on some of them,” Banks said. “We want to implement those ideas but still respect the show — and add a little pixie dust!”

In July 2022, ABC announced alphonso ribeiro will co-host season 31 Of dwts with the banks. This led to the series’ first season being moved to stream on Disney+ instead of airing live on ABC, where it debuted.
