And she’d say, ‘Come on Lily, you have to take a leap of faith.’ She was trying to film me. And I was always shy about doing comedy because I used to say, ‘Well, they’ll see me, they’ll think I’ll be funny. And it’s very hard to be funny.’

“So I was kind of vacillating. And she’d say, ‘You have to take a leap of faith.’ She’ll just emphasize that. So she’s always been that ‘leap of faith’ girl for me. I just loved her innocence and everyone needed her to be okay with it and do the right thing. And god Thankful that I did the film. It was a blessing.
