Blac Chyna is “moving in a different way” after having surgery to reduce her breasts and butt.
The 34-year-old took to social media to share clips What she is calling a “life-changing journey” has included an evolution in her appearance. In Monday’s post, she shared the process of going back under the knife and why she was doing it.

Chyna explained that the decision was just part of a journey she is on to reclaim her identity. She also warned followers that the procedure she underwent at just 19 years old to increase the size of her butt could cause complications for her health.
“I just want all the women out there to know, don’t get silicone shots because you can get sick, you can die, there can be complications and all that crazy stuff,” she said. “I haven’t had any crazy complications since I got this. … But now I’m moving (up) in life, so I want this out of my ass so I can grow.”
She shared in a recent interview that the catalyst for these changes were her children — 10-year-old son King Cairo who she shares with rapper Tyga and 6-year-old daughter Dream with Rob Kardashian — as she discovered sobriety and Only his fans talked about deactivation.
“I’m just changing everything about myself so it’s like people I had to cut, some business relationships I had to cut, different ways of making income I had to cut. According to her Instagram post, the process of working on those life changes is proving equal parts challenging and rewarding.
“I’m very, very, very, very happy. I’m in recovery mode now, my bandages are on,” she shared in the last video of the Instagram carousel, which was recorded three days after the operation on Sunday.
She called her breast and butt reduction “one of the best decisions I’ve ever made,” although it wasn’t the easiest. “My procedure took eight and a half hours, y’all, due to the simple fact that whatever the silicone mass was, whatever it was that was in my buttocks, it kept clogging the machine and breaking (it),” she said.
While Chyna continues to recover from surgery, she provided an update on her decision to “retire long pointy nails,” which she also revealed in her Instagram post. On Monday, she shared an update with a picture of her bare natural nails.
“I feel so free without long stiletto nails, a shout out to all the women who wear them. They no longer serve my purpose,” she wrote alongside her birth name, Angela White. She also used her birth name to sign her post with an inspirational quote.
“You all have the power to heal your lives, and you need to know that,” she wrote.
